Grilled Salmon with Arugula, Watermelon and Kalamata Olive Salad

Grilled (wild) salmon is always a healthy choice. Pairing it with a salad with the crunch of cold, sweet watermelon next to the saltiness of the olives creates a wonderful duo you have to try! Nothing says summer like watermelon, and I usually serve this dish in July and August, but this taste sensation can definitely be enjoyed year round.
